Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:
- You are unable to access or download the purchased template after completing payment.
- The file is corrupted or does not match the product description.
- You mistakenly purchased the same product twice (duplicate transaction).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after download.
- Incorrect selection of a product.
- Failure to read the product description or requirements before purchase.
- Requesting a refund for subscription access after downloading multiple templates.
